Dr. Goldman graduated NYCPM in 1982 and has a 40 yr career in podiatry serving most of that time in the US Air Force and Federal Services at VA Medical Centers in NY, and, WV. He ran a residency program at numerous facilities. Additionally, he is a Past President of ABPM.
In 2018, Dr. Goldman testified before the Congressional subcommittee on Health to help advance the equity pay Bill that was ultimately passed and signed into law in 2019 known as the Mission Act.

Dr. Young has been a board certified podiatrist for 25 years. As a graduate of Temple University College of Podiatric Medicine, she then went on to complete her foot and ankle training at Graduate Hospital, an affiliate of University of Pennsylvania. She is currently the Program Director for podiatry residency program at Stony Brook University Hospital and has been appointed the faculty position at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Surgery
Navajo Area , AZ
Dr. Topic joined Navajo Area IHS in 2007. She started two podiatric programs within the Navajo Area and has worked to establish fair market pay for podiatrists.
She has been recognized with the IHS Director’s Award. Her interests include maximizing the role of podiatrists to avoid preventable limb amputations, increasing representation of American Indians and Alaska Natives in the podiatric workforce and developing podiatrists in leadership roles throughout IHS.

Dr. Gardner is a graduate of the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his podiatric surgical residency at VA Medical Center, Albuquerque, NM. He is Board certified by the America Board of Podiatric Surgery. He was active duty AF during Operation Dessert Storm. Upon his exit from the military he embarked on a 20-year solo practice career in Williamsburg , VA. Currently he is in his 10th year as a staff podiatrist at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV.

Dr. Japour, DPM is Board Certified by ABPM and ABFAS as well as Fellow Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He is a 29 year employee of the VA serving as Section Chief at VA Illiana Healthcare Center as well as at the Northport VA Medical Center for 20 years. Dr. Jones currently works at Mann-Grandstaff VAMC in Spokane, WA. He graduated from Des Moines University and then completed his 3 year residency at Madigan Army Medical Center. Dr. Jones is dual board certified by the ABFAS and the ABPM. He is the Treasurer of the ASPS. He serves on national committees with ACPM, AAWC and APMA as well as being a peer reviewer for the APMA's Journal.

Dr. Byun serves at the Portland VAMC. He attended TUSPM and then did a Residency at Virtua Health for foot and ankle surgery and medicine followed by fellowship for Podiatric Derm at St. Luke’s Univ Hosp in Diabetic limb salvage and reconstructive surgery at Southern AZ Limb Salvage Alliance at Univ. of AZ Med. Cent. under Dr. David Armstrong. He is certified by ABFAS and ABPM. He is passionate about limb salvage and serving Veterans. He and his wife Sarah have 2 children.
